The Soma is the component that allows the axon system to be completely plug and play. It creates a wireless access point that other devices connect to in order to communicate and be configured. One Soma is required for a system, but it can have an almost unlimited number of Axons (each with sensors and actuators). You can purchase one ready to go on a raspberry pi or if you already have a raspberry pi, you can download our custom Axon Central raspberry pi image for free.
